  Staff don't even know what they carry for certain consoles.. told my mother that a certain game was not even available for what she was looking for when the website said they carry it.Maybe your store never got one but i know you can access your computer and check other stores out.. Very Unprofessional.

  Darrick has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Drove an hour from out of town asked fpr a game they had in stock told me he knows more than me and they don't have it. Called the next day it was there said another employee I showed up Darrick tried to tell me it still wasn't there the other employee who's name I didn't catch told him they had it and it was finally sold to me. Never shopping at this location again.

  The assistant mannger is a jerk he yelled at me and my bf in front of the whole store. never going back again and when the manger comes back he is going to hear about this belive me...
