  Great Sevice. Great Staff. Thank you Rudy and Stella. We look forward to many nights in our hot tub. Appreciate the fact these are the best hot tubs on the market for our Canadian winters. Really like the salt water tub. Easy to maintain and less chemicals. Love the smart phone app.

  My wife and I bought a Yukon hot tub from Arctic Spas Lethbridge. From walking into the store to having the hot tub delivered, Our experience has been awesome. Our salesman Vern showed us hot tubs and veered us to what we needed. Most salesmen try to "up sale you". Shawn. the delivery guy, was pleasing, knowledgeable and was willing to answer all questions. Our experience was quite refreshing and looking forward to may years of trouble free tubbin!!

  Great experience. The salesman Vern was awesome he really knew his stuff. The fellow that came to set it was was fantastic everything was very high standard. I would recommend Arctic Spas to everyone you will not be disappointed.

  I had my hot tub recently serviced. Scot, the tech, was very professional, knowledgeable & friendly. They called before they came and were finished in around an hour. I buy my chemicals there as well & find their prices very competitive! Thanks again
