  When my daughter made an appointment she asked for Monday. When she went to her appointment they said that it was the next Monday. So she was disappointed and left. I called that day(Monday) and the person I talked too I explained that the following Monday was not good because she was back in school. I said that good service would have offered her a sooner appointment when she was there. After talking about the situation the lady suggested this Thursday at 4. I agreed because my daughter was out of school for the week and this would be ok. Guess what. Made arrangements for her grandpa to drive her there and they had her for next Thursday. Not only was this later than her original appointment it was for the next Thursday. I'm assuming that these people need to either learn the computer appointment program better, or familiarize themselves with what day it is, or know the difference between this and next. If you don't know than start giving dates. I am very disappointed with the service and usually service indicates the quality of work so I told my daughter that I would slap her if she ever used this service.
