  Honestly the food(especially the steak) has gone down hill drastically. I used to enjoy bringing my kids there. Now if someone suggests it I say let's find another place. I do like the taste of the steaks but at least 1/4 of it is fat. Unless they clean up their act I will unfortunately not be coming back.

  Conveniently out of budweiser the day its on special. Its 1pm and maybe 4 other customers in here but i still had to wait 20mins for appetizers. Lettuce was freezer burnt and tiny portions. Montanas what happened to you? Wont be coming back anytime soon.

  Came in as a part of a company xmas party. Normally the service I have received at this location is barely above par, but this took the cake. They had our tables reserved, but only assigned one waitress to the entire party. Drinks either came with dinner, or we had to ask again. Meals were coming before other people even had appetizers. One guest, who is vegetarian (I know, an ironic place to be eating...) Had to send his sald back 3 times after clearly explaining No BACON... Tgis beats the time the waitress was busier showing off her purchases from One Tooth than attending her tables

  It was approx. 3 in the afternoon and there was ONE other table in the restaurant. We ordered appetizers, an HOUR later our server told us that the “kitchen” had messed up and sent out appetizers to another table. Another 30-40 minutes later, we get our appetizers and our food at the same time. Burger was cold AND burned. Two servers were standing at the front on their phones, completely unprofessional. I usually like montanas so I thought it was a one time thing. NO. I decided to give them another chance. It was approx 9 pm on a Saturday and there were TWO other tables in the restaurant. Our food did not come for an hour. I had ordered chicken penne and I received MAC AND CHEESE. When I told my server that my order was wrong, she stated “we were out of what you ordered so this is what we had.” Completely unbelievable. You could also tell that it was sitting under the heat lamp for a while because mine was a little warm in the middle and then freezing cold on the outside, and the melted cheese was hard. My bfs burger was cold and his fries were hard from sitting under the heat lamp. Service was awful, food was awful, will never ever go back. Montanas is ruined for me.

  Walked in at 12. Ordered an appetizer was cold.... still waiting for wine I ordered. Wine 45 minutes late came. My burger came at 1:03. Cold! Over done. Burnt actually. Chicken sandwich ordered by other half cold! Never got a coffee refill. No iced tea refill. All I could hear from server was how busy she was with the 6 tables however she stood chatting at tables about her busyness . Not to mention the huge hickie on her neck that was an addition to the lack of service and professionalism received. Will not be back ever and certainly understand why there are Montana’s that have closed in other cities! Left after hour and a half.
