  My wife enjoyed her Chicken Cesar Salad though, and obviously there must be some other great dishes there, but the beef dip and the waitress turned me off of every going there again.

  Best place to eat in town, but it isn't cheap. I would definitely come back. I would recommend this restaurant to family and friends. The pint of beer I ordered wasn't cold, otherwise I would have given it a 5. Cheers

  Had we not been in a rush to get to the movie theater, I probably would have talked to the manager or the chef about the horrible beef dip I was served.

  I really love Firestone. I've only been a few times, but each time has been great! My boyfriend and I usually come every once and a while for date night. It's still a casual restaurant, but a bit more fancy. A little expensive, but everything I have eaten and drank has been incredible. Would definitely recommend.

  First time my burger had a hair IN the meat. Not on top of the bun IN the actual meat itself. Disgusting.

  The dessert look incredible there, though I sadly didn't have time to order one before the movie. But truthfully, I'd be hesitant of trying anything there after the Beef Dip incident.............

  I've been to Firestone twice and both times EVERY food item I ordered had hair in it. Notified the staff and I ended up paying full price both times

  Second time I got chicken pot pie and low and behold hair INSIDE the pie. Whatever, I'll just order dessert. Got a mini apple pie, can you guess what was inside the pie? No way! Another hair!

  Worst prime rib I've ever tasted. Horse radish was like mayonnaise. None of the vegetables were cooked. This was more like roast beef than prime rib. Very tough, not the melt in your mouth kind of prime rib that it should be for the price you pay.

  The parking there can be horrible because often there are conferences being held at the conference center., which takes up all the parking spots along with the guests at the Hotel. Be prepared to park far away and walk a ways. I made a reservation previous to going, so I am unaware of what the wait could be like to get a table there, but it didn't seem that busy the day I went.

  I ordered the Beef Dip and it was over-spiced. When I made a comment to the waitress, she gave me the look that says "well that's too bad, enjoy it as much as you can." The waitress was also very slow at filling up the drinks. This would not have been such a dilemma if I didn't need the liquids to wash down the horrible dip. Tums became my friend afterwards to help me with my indigestion from the horribly spices Beef Dip. I love beef dip and have never had a bad one until now.
