  I would like to thank My Service for there quick response to my concerns with my furnace today. All I can say after 7 years having a furnace thru My Service this is the first time I had a problem. I call the office at about 8 AM and talked with the office staff. the lady was very good at her job when I went off on a rant (which I do apolizes ) Then I got a call about 9:30 and Ben told me he would be at my house by 10 am (which he was) we went over an few things with my furnace. I found Ben to be very knowledgeable and very helpful I would recommend these guy anytime.

  The install went even better than imagined. Everything was installed cleanly and the existing "DIY" items were repaired/replaced at no additional cost. This goes above and beyond what I have come to expect from trades people. The primary installer Lach went out of his way to ensure that everything was left perfect. No mess or anything for me to do except enjoy.

  Great experience. Lach came in to fix my water heater. I asked about cost/benefit of just getting a new water heater and he let me know that we weren't there yet and fixed my existing one. He even sent a text with picture of where I needed to clean the lint filter on the heater. He also cleaned my furnace flame just because he was already there and it was a quick fix. Above and beyond and AMAZING customer service! Will use again.

  The owner Ben was very thorough with the initial quote and very knowledgeable. He explained the plan and the differences between units and was never pushy. After receiving the quote I was quite surprised that the service rates did not appear to be impacted by product costs. In short I feel that I got a reasonable price and a great product.
