  Was the most horrible experience I've ever had with a company. Was given quotes to have a new roof or repair done. They stated the roof could most likely be just repaired. Went in to pay the 1600.00 dollars they had quoted but found after another rain, water was still coming in through the bedroom ceiling. Called them in and they did come supposedly to fix again but a few weeks later still had water coming through the ceiling. This had gone on for over a year and spoke to the manager of the roofing dept. He said instead of repair I guess they should have just put on a new roof. When asked if they were taking the monies paid from the repair to put on new roofing he responded no. So when asked if the repair was going to be done properly he said they'd have to charge again. From what I've been told the first job by C&H was quite a mess and they'd totally missed where the problem had been. From what I understand this is not the first residential job to be botched. I guess they're too busy with commercial jobs to give a damn.

  called to get a quote on a job and was told someone would get back to me. i called again 3 days later after nobody called. i was told someone would call that day. i waited a week before calling someone else for a quote on the job. that was 2 months ago, the job has been completed for 2 months and i still have yet to receive a single call back from these clowns.
