  After much discussion, we called the restaurant and I spoke with a manager, explaining the situation. She asked to speak with the driver, and when he hung up the phone, he picked up the pizza and said he was told to take it back to the store! We were stunned. She could have even taken my credit card over the phone!

  20 minutes later the driver showed up... again. And tried to hand off the pizza. It wasn't clear to me whether he still wanted the money, but I told him we weren't interested as I had already started making something else for supper.

  I placed an online order and scheduled delivery for 5:30. After two phone calls from management saying their delivery driver had apparently vanished into thin air, they finally showed up with our order at 6:15. Not a deal breaker, things happen.

  One of the best pizza places in town. I still prefer 2 guys but the Alfredo pizza and Tuscan cheese are just as good as anything at 2 guys. Great service and excellent deals.

  However, the driver did not have a debit machine. When ordering online it asks you to specify cash or credit/debit, and I had specified credit. No big deal, I had $100 bill on hand that I gave to him. He said he did not have change, but wanted to take the $100 and run to a gas station and come back with my change. I suggested that he go get the change first, and then I would exchange him the $100, but that I was not comfortable letting him leave with $100 for a $40 order.

  This use to be the best pizza in lethbridge. But now it's garbage. I don't know if it's new owners or what but it's not the same. Very little toppings only in the middle of the pizza very thin dough. None existent pizza sauce even when you request extra. Would not recommend eating here anymore.

  The best pizza chain in town! I wish more people would give it a chance. I know it's family owned and they take pride in the products!! Love the deals when you order online.

  What used to be a 5 star review from us has now become 1. We were very loyal customers for quite a while- every pizza night at our house came from Papa John's! However, we will no longer support this business.
