  When we got there the security was quite rude, but the lady in the morning made the stay really great. She was the desk manager and she was so polite and was the reason for a higher rating. I think the bed had bugs as I have bites on my neck now but I don't want to put that blame on the hotel if I don't 100% know it was them.

  A king size bed and an in-room whirlpool tub. And a very reasonable rate. Great experience, great Hotel, very well-run great staff and a very attractive room

  After my reservation at another hotel was lost, I wound up staying here for the night. It was completely renovated to my surprise. The bed was comfy and the decor was nice. The breakfast was pretty basic but did have a waffle maker!

  I wish I could give this hotel a 0 star if I could.. my family booked 5 rooms in this hotel online for our family of approximately 23-25 that time. When we finished our booking we called the hotel to make sure there wasn’t going to be any issues once we checked in because of how big our family is and the receptionist said our booking was good for all of us once we arrive, so we paid the room deposit. Once we arrived to have the check in, we were told that it was a maximum of 4 people in a room including kids, so we needed 1 extra room, but they did not have any vacant rooms that time and we had to go to another hotel and split some of the family members!!!! Online didn’t have this warning and when we called in advanced they said the 5 rooms would accommodate all 35 of us. Ridiculous... we called in 1 month ahead to make sure we don’t have any issues once we checked in, but apparently we did. They did not do anything or apologized about the miscommunication, the only thing they kept saying was it was a maximum of 4 people per room and no compensation was made of this.. please train your staff properly when answering questions. Their service made us cost an extra $170 to book an extra hotel, and they did not even provide other phone numbers for the hotel... when we asked if they had the phone number, one of the receptionist replied as “there’s hotels everywhere here.. just go to them.” Rude! Will never visit this hotel again, not recommended. Their customer service was very poor.
