  I saw a review commenting on the fact that no one called them when their garment was complete. I asked the person at the counter about this, and they explained that this is not their policy. They were explicit with their pick up time, which I followed to the letter, and my garments were cleaned and ready to go when I walked in.

  Even though you are giving someone a deal does not mean you can skimp out of the quality of your work and customer service. Poorly handled Sophia, poorly handled. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. If you're going to charge an arm and a leg for dry cleaning you should at least get your work done on time (or even call the customer if you can't) and provide good customer service. It takes a lot of me to get upset or frustrated (i'm a pretty reasonable person) but Sophia was way out of line rude and I will never return. Avoid this dry cleaners!!!

  I brought in a large alterations job for a bunch of uniforms. The work was done well and finished early for a good price. Pleasant to deal with the seamstress and the staff who were very accommodating.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. I DO NOT recommend this place. Rude customer service, sky high prices, and weren't done when they said they'd be done. I sent in two garments to be dry cleaned and went to pick them up three days after they said they would to be done but they weren't. They said that it would take another week to be finished which is ridiculous with the amount of money they charge (even with a "good" discount). I expressed my frustration because I was on a time crunch and they should've called me if there was any complications with getting the two items done in the time they quoted me. I was not okay with them taking an extra week because they have already had them for more than a week and so asked Sophia to give me a better deal. She was quite rude about telling me that she could not give me a better discount saying she already did but then she should have the items done on time. She said would try to get the items done today. Great, right? No. When I went to pay it was going to be $20 more than what she quoted me when I dropped it off which I was not okay, especially because of the circumstances...and how rude she was. I told her that them not being done on time and for how much she charges was not okay. She then stormed into the back and got my items, poorly cleaned, and was rudely yapping at me about how she was giving me a deal from the beginning blah, blah, blah..

  I went here after a lack of solid reviews of any dry cleaners in Lethbridge, and left very satisfied. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and willing to joke around a bit (without being ridiculously familiar, which I find off putting). The sign in process was quick and simple.

  If the owner is reading this, a simple phone call when garments are ready would really sell you in the eyes of your customer! However, in my experience, the garments are always done when they say they will be done so it may be a moot point.

  I've been getting my suits dry cleaned here for the last 10 years, and they've always done a great job. Would highly recommend them.
