  I only buy what’s on special. Bought a hot Mennonite sausage for $1 the other day. Delicious. And then got a massive bag of apples for $2 yesterday. It must have been at least 7 pounds. Cute place and worth supporting.

  A bit pricey but it's a small grocery store. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Cashier went out of her way to break a $10 bill. Had really good deals on steak.

  Awesome butcher & meat department. Small neighbourhood store which is very convenient. The older ladies at the cash are always friendly and helpful. We shop here almost daily.

  They carry hard to find products such as Biscoff biscuits, Sara Lee pound Cake, chocolate caramel whipped cream, and ED Smiths Butter Flavour Sugar-free Pancake syrup. More expensive but they always have good sales on, plus 2 for 1 sales. Go around 6 pm when a lot of their deli stuff gets marked down half price.

  Okay selection. Prices are outrageous. I know it's a smaller business but the prices are 30 or 40% higher than the big chains. Many prices are as high as a 7-11. A lot of their customers are local people who don't have easy access to alternatives, so the prices seem somewhat predatory. They certainly don't have the same buying power as a national chain but they also have a lower overhead and no local competition.

  In a vital location, this grocery store smells awesome with fresh and prepared foods. It has a great deli, lots of fresh baking and deals on butcher shop meats and in the dairy aisle. The whole hot chicken for $9.99 is a fave - large, not too salty, lots of white meat.

  The store is clean and bright. Staff seem competent though not terribly friendly.
