  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel I have to for the terrible service I received today. I dealt with a fairly unknowledgeable employee and it was quite frustrating. They somehow thought that they needed to refund my return of garbage jacket I bought onto a gift card when I had the return policy in front of their face saying that I had until January to return it. I went back into the store after getting the gift card and Had the employee ask her more knowledgeable coworker. Turns out I was right, but because the return money was already on the gift card I am somehow stuck with a Marshall’s gift card that I will never want to use because of a horrible service I received. Very frustrating.

  Love the store itself excellent items and selection but EVERY time I go to check out there are usually 3-4 ladies behind the counter and usually only one register open ! Today again there was 5 people waiting to check out and the other 3 just were oblivious ! The only time there were lots of registers open when I was there was Christmas

  I enjoy looking at their clothing and buying a few things here and there. It's a little pricey for me to buy most of the clothes. They have some cute jewelry. I did however find the most beautiful purse there. I haven't really looked at the home decor as I haven't needed any.
