  This particular sport chek has issues with stock. It never carries what a person needs.you look online and sport chek says it's in stock but it never is.On numerous occasions over the years I have had to order from either amazon or whatever is carrying what I am looking for after going into this store.I have also had to stand around on numerous occasions until the staff clued in I was an actual customer. I Do not recommend this store it is poorly run and poorly stocked.

  And no I do not want to buy online as I do not like buying shoes without trying them on as we have sent back way too many because of the wrong fit and such.

  I don't normally shop at sports Chek, but over the holiday season I tried to get some gifts. Tried to get three things online, a sweater, a pair of vans and some boots. Boots and shoes were canceled by sports Chek, I guess they did want my money. The sweater showed up with a giant hole in it. Took it back to the store. Bought presents elsewhere with no hassle.

  Have shopped for runners here on multiple occasions and have received unsatisfactory service, I am not knowledgeable on runners and rely on the staff to help me select a pair that fits my needs. Also disappointed in the selection of ladies footwear, too bright and the wide is not that wide.

  Every time in the last 3 years we go to Sport Check to look at buying sneakers for my daughter they have NOT once had the size she needs for the ones she likes. I have asked repeatedly why there is not a larger selection of sizes and I get told over and over that her shoe size is too popular and they run out....um...if it's so popular wouldn't you want to have MORE in those sizes. It is really disappointing as she picks out the ones she likes and we get told every time...sorry we don't have them in your size. I also got told that they only send in a couple pairs of each size...Then what's the point in selling shoes if you don't have a selection for more then 3 people to buy.
