  This was the first and last store I went to for looking for my wedding dress. I had a modest budget for a casual dress meant for a small ceremony in the mountains. Jenn does not care about money or body type, she makes you feel so welcome, confident, and amazing through the entire process. She and the other staff members that I interacted with were super friendly and it was so easy to talk with them. Jenn answered all of my questions, paid close attention to detail, and was the one who found the perfect dress for me once she had a sense of what I liked and was looking for. From my experience, I highly recommend once upon a bride as an amazing store for their customer service and willingness to work with my low budget. I can't wait to see the dress once it comes in!

  Was so happy with my experience at once upon a bride! The consultant that helped me was amazing! I did not end up buying my dress from here...actually I haven't bought one yet because I wanted to go to a few different stores to see what styles each had but think I might make another appointment for here as I was so happy with the overall service of the place!

  I can't believe I am just reviewing this amazing team now! I went to them for my wedding and felt like all my worries went away walking in the door. This team is there 100% for what you need, they are also LGBTQ+ friendly and have a supportive presence in the community. My best friend just went there this weekend and they were so patient as she went back and forth on the two dresses she had narrowed it down to. They offered lots of helpful advice, and answered all of our questions. I can't even imagine another place being able to top this service!

  Very nice! Very clean! A lot of nice dresses! I found my grad dress here with the help of the amazing girls who work here! Absolutely loved it
