    Staff seem to be bothered when a customer asks questions regarding their products. Prices are almost double what Auto Value can get them for. Told rotors for a 02 Civic would be a week to come in on order, a very common car, and a week for parts? I assume they must be from a Honda factory in Asia?

    Knowledgeable staff and usually always have what you need, if they don't they can order it in.

    Excellent staff that are willing to help. Not very many items in the store are priced so it's a little inconvenient to always ask for the price. But they gave me a discount and I couldn't be happier!

    Ordered a part and it didn't fit properly. I wanted to talk to the sales rep about buying some struts for my car but he kept interrupting me with phone calls rather than talking to me.
