  If it were possible to post a negative star review i would because from the first moments through the doors of this dealership that's all we got dealing with Amanda and the service manager, we had called ahead to have our van fixed because of a warranty issue we had explained the situation over the phone prior to bringing our van in and never at any time were we told anything about how long it would be or how much we might end up paying it was just all "yes we can take care of that, the diagnostic will take an hour" but when we took our vehicle in then all the costs associated with a warranty repair came out of the woodwork, not to mention we needed a rental car while ours was in the shop and they do not have a loaner car they did give us a discounted rate through enterprise which was fine because we figured a couple days and we would have our vehicle back but once it was in the shop we called the next day to see how long it would be until it would be done and were told that the part needed was back ordered and could take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month and if we wanted our vehicle back we would have to pay for re assembly and then have to pay for disassembly once we took it back when the part came in which is completely backwards once you are done diagnostics and you know you don't have the part why would you then not re assemble a vehicle!? now after two weeks of waiting I've had to pay out almost $900 for a rental car because the people at this dealership are SHADY, completely UN-professional in their business with absolutely AWFUL customer service and definitely NOT up front about the costs involved for anything. Avoid this place at ALL costs or it will cost you!

  I had Darrin and Mike help me out and I will never go anywhere else fir a vehicle ever again. The service is amazing! Everyone is great but Darrin is the best! He was able to find something in budget and fits my lifestyle. Darrin and Mike both stayed late to take care of me and treat my needs. Wonderful people and wonderful service, cant ask for anything better!! Thanks everyone!!!

  I bought my dodge ram just about 2 yrs ago, just before warranty was going to run out. Amanda from Lethbridge Dodge, took my truck in for some warranty work and they found other things NOT covered by warranty, after much deliberation trying to figure out how to do it, with the budget and Christmas around the corner, Amanda and Wes did everything in their power to make sure my truck is running proper at their cost, which we would not be able to afford. We appreciate and recommend Lethbridge Dodge and Amanda for everything she has gone out of her way for to do for us, she is awesome and amazing. I feel safer for myself and my family to be in my truck after they finished repairing it and making it reliable again. Being part of True North Ram club in town and throughout Canada we take pride in our truck's and I would suggest coming to seeing Wes and Amanda at Lethbridge Dodge.

  The staff are friendly and efficient. I especially appreciate the shuttle service. I was able to have all my vehicle maintenance done while I was at work. My vehicle was as clean as I had left it and warm for my drive home.
