  Had an appointment there today round 12:30 was great to get in so easy BUT the girl was most unwelcoming and unfriendly, also I have never been to a place for an eyebrow dye that only had one color of dye..... So instead of dark blonde I just have ash brown, sigh sloppy job never again

  I love this store and these Merle's Girls! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is professional but also relaxed and comfortable. I have shown up fully done up or sporting a ponytail and sweats and either way felt completely at ease .This is my one stop shop for waxing, nails, pedicures, make up and skin care products as well as beauty advice. I have been a client for over 25 years.I am loyal to this store because they have earned my loyalty with 25 years of great service. Thank you Downtown Merle Norman!

  I go here regularly for walk-in eyebrow waxes. I've been going for years and I'd say that 90% of the times I've gone I have been happy with the results. I appreciate the fast service and the good price.
