  Thier manager out right told me it was my fault that the clerk made an error. When I had admitted we missed a document but the clerk missed the oversight too. Then spoke down to me and was very condescending. Very unprofessional.

  Best bank and branch ive banked with in 40 yrs. Big toast to Jackey Cook tries to help and understands the customer explains all with no BS even if she can't sort it. Dont use. Any other bank until you have checked them out A+++++++ well done CIBC south Lethbridge.

  It was a great bank to go to until they got rid of the tellers.

  Went to do some banking, lady said she would call me last Friday. Never did. Then I called for 2 days never got answer so left a voicemail... so much of "Will call back at the end of the business day". So I called and she knew my answer but never called. RUDE. Probably changing banks now.

  Also *update* went to cancel my account, and lady asked if I needed help.. so i told her, and she said "So and So will help you". Even though she literally went and sat back down in her office and left me there for 15 minutes until some other customer came in... just horrible customer service, I will never recommend this place.
