    Nearly always crowded. Parking lot is not laid out in a way that makes traffic flow smoothly or easy for visitors to figure out navigation. Mall is nearly always crowded. It's the biggest mall around, but not quite large enough to accommodate the city and surrounding areas.

    This place wouldn't be so bad if they had more stores to offer they need to figure out how to attract more business because how it can still be open is beyond me

    The selection of stores is decent, but calling this a mall is a little disengenuous. Having the post office after hours pickup away from downtown is nice and the Timmy's in the area is never crowded. Also has the nicest Wal-Mart in town.

    Convenient and can get most things here. Canadian tire is good, new London drug is great. Save-on downsized and now aisles too small and always someone with a pallet jack blocking the aisle while they restock. Distilled liquor is awesome addition. Decent mall less crowded and easier parking than Park place.

    Good selection of stores. The new Save On Foods and London Drugs look nice, but the big empty box store is a bit of a mystery. What will they put in there?
