    Will never go to this store again. Went in to buy a pair of birkenstock sandals and asked for a size 37. They told me they only had a 38 or 36. I decided to go with the 36 but before I bought them I asked what the return policy was and they told me that the shoes had to be cleaned, tag should be on them and can only return them within 30 days. Wore them for 5 minutes when I got home and realized they were too small as they started to rub quite a bit in certain spots. Went back their the next day to see if I could exchange it with a 37 that they could order online. They told me they actually had a 37 even though the day before they said they didn't have it. So was just about to exchange it when they said they couldn't actually return my original 36 size sandals because my toe print was in it even though i barely wore them at all and no one told me the day before that you couldn't return them if your toe print was in them. They also didn't even offer to give me a discount on the 37. So now I have $120 sandals that I can't wear.

    The Workers there work tiresly to help out you and other customers! The staff really try thier best to open up and keep a smile on your face! One of the best stores I have ever shopped at!!

    After about 20 minutes they finally decided they would order me a new pair. I mean you don't just spend $149 on a pair of leather sandals for then to look completely terrible! Eventually they did end up ordering me a new pair. I needed them for my trip on the 9th of January, but it turns out they wont be coming for a while. So yeah, I totally just bought a pair of $150 sandals for nothing. Thing is, thats not even the part that I’m mainly disappointed about. The Employees that helped me were no help, and I had such a terrible experience here. Im not buying anymore shoes from here. I should really be able to leave a 0 star review they didn’t even deserve a 1 star review from me.

    Very rude staff. Don't shop here. They will completely ignore you. We were looking at shoes with a potential sale for the business. We had to go up and demand to talk to them just to help us get a pair of shoes. We wait another ten minutes and they still didn't arrive with the shoes or say anything to us so we just left. We will be speaking with higher management about this.

    I am going on a trip this month, and wanted to buy a pair of Birkenstocks. I went to softmoc, and they ordered me in a pair (size 37’s) and just as we were getting ready to pay, the lady working at the till told us to buy the “SoftMoc Cork Renewer” She made it sound like such a great idea so I did. I have never bought a pair of Birkenstocks, and I didn’t know it already came with a protectent coat on the cork. I was never told to wait until the original layer that came on the shoes, started to crack and fall off. I’ve boughten multiple pairs of Uggs and I guess I thought I should put it on right when I got home, I mean none of the employees at the till had told me otherwise. So After getting home I put it on. I waited 20 minutes for it to dry, just as the bottle had said. It turned white, and it looked completely nasty. I waited longer and nothing changed. I called in, they told me to bring them back. So I did, after we got there they explained that you have to wait to put it on, I was never told that. The instructions on the bottle didn’t say anything about waiting.

    I stood there for about half hour as I watching chipped white pieces fly everywhere as they tried to scratch it off, I began to get pretty mad. They looked even worse then before, the 2 employees that were there with me told me they looked good, and that they would still look good if I wore them. I was in shock, why would I want to wear them in public, you could see pieces of the cork were all scratched and nasty looking. I tried to explain that I had no interest in wearing them, and that I should be able to order in a new pair, because I was never informed in the first place. They gave me such a hard time, they brought up every little excuse. They told me they could not take them back because I had already put the Cork Renewer on.

    The date of this experiance is december 12th 2017 at around 1:00pm all that i can say is i waited 45 minutes looking at 3 people standing behind the counter talking i was looking for 3 mocs for christmas gifts i was baffled that i was not asked once if i need help. once i decided to go up to the till to ask for help took another 15 minutes just to find out they did not have any of the sizes i needed. But the main reason for the one star reveiw is the fact at a customer service orientated job not 1 employee asked myself or other patrons in the store if they needed help but hey ill spend the 400 dollars i was willing to spend somewhere the customers matter
