  Small family owned restaurant where the food is insanely good and priced just the same.. Everything here is homemade from scratch as you order.. staff is amazing from server to chef! I would recommend coming here over any other restaurant in Lethbridge!! Cannot speak highly enough of Diaz restaurant!!

  Great food, great price. Went an hour before close and were the only people there. You should try this place, it was really good. Boyfriend had the Cuban sandwich he really enjoyed it, I had some really great pork. Came with soup or salad, shared the black bean soup. Came with little roasted potatoes which were amazing.

  Exceptional food and service. Everything is very fresh and the meal tastes home cooked. We keep forgetting about this little gem. Certainly better value then anything served in the local chain restaurants. We enjoy trying the different dishes and the chef is very accommodating.

  Had side of ceasar salad and their signature sandwich with the rice. Salad was great but could've went a little easier on the dressing; sandwitch was top notch. Very good price, and not only were the portions generous but also packed with flavour. Pork in the sandwitch could've been a tad bit less salty/sour. The rice and beans is nicely cooked to a fluffy consistent and really compliments the flavour. Restaurant has a nice spacious feel with dim lighting. Waiter was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable when to approach.

  Not sure if they were having an off night but tonight was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a while. Food took forever to arrive. Service was poor and the taste of the food was mediocre. I'm not sure they know what a tamale looks like, I was presented with a plate of mush, maybe an off night. I was expecting better considering the reviews. Won't be coming back
