  Jen and Dave take the time to figure out what you want and spend as much time as you need to help you find your home. I have found in the past that agents would get tired of you or try to convince you to get a house you don't want so they could move on or make a sale. Jen and Dave are there for you to the purchase and beyond. They combine seriousness with fun and make your experience one to remember. There were times when we would think a house would be for us and they would point out concerns we should consider because they are not looking for the sale but are looking for what is best for you. I truly believe they care about you as if they have known you their whole lives. They also surround themselves with connections that treat you the same way. (House inspector and lawyer) Don't take my word for it. Hire them and experience it for yourself. You won't regret the decision.

  My Fiance and I used Dave & Jen for buying our first home as we were recommended to do so by many people. All I can say is that these are the realtors that everyone should use. We mostly dealt with Dave and he is absolutely fantastic. He will not let you buy a house that is not worth it or if he does not think it's a good fit for you and your family. He really gets to know his clients and treats you more like his friends which made my Fiance & I so comfortable being around him. We will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending them to everyone and anyone for buying and selling a home. Thanks Dave & Jen!!

  I just wanted share my experience of working with Jennifer and Dave Brodoway. I have dealt with a number of realtors in the past having made over 40 real estate transactions and I must say that Jenn and Dave are head and shoulders above the rest. They listen to what you want, are not pushy and take the time to find the perfect home. They have great local knowledge and will point out things that, as a prospective purchaser, one might not have considered. All in all, a top notch team whom I thoroughly recommend.
