  A HUGE shout out to Roto Rooter! The City of Lethbridge contracts Roto Rooter out: late one evening, my sewer backed up in my laundry room, due to tree roots. Roto Rooter showed up at midnight ready to work and to solve the issue. The plumber was professional, helpful (offered advice and updated me as he worked to roto root the tree roots out), and he worked as quickly as he could. This is a huge amount of work to perform! I am grateful for their high quality service. No doubt I would hire them for further sewer repair to my home. Extremely professional!

  Odd thing happened to me mid-morning on January 7, 2014. I came home from walking my dog and went to wash my hands at the kitchen sink. I hear this blurp, blurp, blurp coming from the onsuite to the master bedroom. When I get there, nothing to see. To be safe I flush the toilet. It doesn't flush. So I plunge and plunge and plunge. Nothing and the water doesn't recede.

  So I call Roto-Rooter. After a few questions and my answers, it appears I have frozen sewer lines under my home. Not apparently a new experience for mobile home owners. But all the guys are out on jobs. They will call when they can send someone out, hopefully some time in the afternoon.

  Great Service! We use them at many of our Lethbridge buildings we manage to ensure the maintenance is completed on the sewer systems. Very knowledgeable and reliable!

  So grateful to the excellent staff of Roto-Rooter! They came on the weekend when by basement had some sewage backup. They were pleasant, thorough, and answered all my questions. I would definitely call them again.

  Well, they came out, confirmed that there was a dip in the line and fixed the freeze and made sure there was no longer a dip.
