  I have been THROUGHLY impressed with the service and treatment I have been provided with at Fit Physio. As a personal trainer, I know and understand when someone is providing with me professional care and concern. After sustaining three separate injuries to the same ankle via minor fall and two running injuries, which included slipping on ice and twisting my ankle, I have been brought back to health and was even able to complete my marathon training program with an early season injury. It can be so discouraging to face an injury, BUT when Stephanie, my Fit Physio Therapist, met me she had a level of care and concern that went above and beyond. She wanted to see me back up and at it in my sport and thanks to her work with me my soft tissue injury has healed! The actual treatment I received and exercises I was given to work through were so resourceful and I feel like the general atmosphere of this clinic is that each employee has an infinity to enjoying some type sport, so they can relate to wanting to be well in your body! It's as though you are receiving athlete to athlete treatment and care! What a caring and supportive environment you have. THANK YOU!
