  I find the staff to be friendlier and more helpful compared to most places. I think that has a lot to do with having low staff turnover. Probably a third of the staff has worked there 10 years or longer.

  Update, after an email to London Drugs office I have been contacted and will have my item ready for pickup in the Lethbridge store. high rating for the head office!

  The new store is a lot better than the old one. Bigger, brighter, cleaner, and better selection.

  The new place is very bright. I find it a bit hard on my eyes. There is so many products on very high isles, it can get confusing to find what you are looking for.. I had a difficult time locating what I was looking for, but eventually I was able to purchase most of what I needed.

  I had items ordered in from 2 other Lethbridge stores today and one actually has it being delivered to my home for no charge....very disappointed with London Drugs.

  This review is for the Pharmacy only. I will no longer get my prescriptions here. They are very disorganized & have staff that obviously can't do the job assigned to them. Every time I have gone in to pick-up a phoned in prescription in the last year, 10 people are standing around not even acknowledging my presence. This should take 5 minutes. It is obviously a management issue that allows this type of work environment. Very Disappointed Loyal Customer for 20 yrs.

  The selection can be a bit eclectic, especially snack food. That's sorta always been a London Drugs thing, though. You're gonna pay a bit more for most things, but sale items are always competitive.

  I went in to buy a Christmas gift in the electronics area. This was something that shows online but I was told there were none in store and even though there were 5 of the items in Red Deer they would not order it in here because it was a discontinued item and "they didn't want to be stuck with it"!
