  Passing through Lethbridge we decided to stop for the night. Booked via telephone (Motel 6 800#). Sign said $79.99 but we were charged $99.99 for 2 people in one room. Asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Refrigerator in room leaked water across the floor. The window air conditioner was not working properly. There was no shower curtain, which we did not discover until early the next morning. Shower was activated by a strange faucet-pull feature, also confusing early in the morning. My husband requested a discount off of the bill in light of the (above) complaints, but was denied.

  Stay at this hotel frequently. Clean rooms the front desk clerks are very professional and friendly. The house keepers can use some work. After u check in you basically have to ask for service. Besides that its a inexspensive nice place to lay your head.

  Front desk service was reasonably welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and well made-up. It was a good size, and the double bed was comfy. I appreciated the semi-renovated look and feel. In-room coffee would have been nice, instead of having to get it at breakfast, but other than that I was happy with my stay. I didn't eat breakfast, just had coffee. The drive-up access to the room was very convenient.

  Found a cigarette button, can of skoal, N a stock in our room. Our first room was occupied when we entered. Best thing was pet friendly, location. The front desk lady was also excellent to talk to.

  Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room. Breakfast was just toast, cereal, juice and hot beverage. Nothing special. Good price, though and they have senior discounts.
