  WE have been with this broker for years. Our initial set up was great but recently when it came time to take care of very urgent matters we never received the promised reply back...on numerous occasions. This is unacceptable. When I explained to Tyson our most recent need, he assured me someone would be calling me back with a 1/2 hour...that was last week and this after we mentioned that we had not received a call back for weeks after a previous promise to call back on a separate insurance matter was also dropped and forgotten by this group. We have since moved this particular insurance need elsewhere and will be taking all the other policies we have with Bridge to another broker all together. It is unfortunate as we do enjoy the Cooperators, but having a broker firm care so little about the service they provide their customers we cannot continue to support them with our business.
