    Since they were bought out, corporate has given me issues. The local staff is 150% great. Corporate, not so much. I can not begin to thank Jeff Jacobs for all the hard work he does to help me.

    Went in the other day and got really good service. More than expected. Eveline reviewed our insurance policies and our rates got lowered because of something not caught before. Very happy with the service :)

    I've been with State farm for 26 years now I believe, in both the US and Canada. They've seen our family through a kitchen smoke disaster, a near fatal bike accident that almost killed my husband and many pain in the butt phone calls for information. It's a great company with a 5-star agent and staff. Very fair, helpful, incredibly courteous, kind and compassionate. And on a very stressful day, they had the best selection of First Class chocolates . . .
