  I am very up happy with the disconcern this doctor had for the patents. I understand it was a busy night but I do feel he should at least give a damn a little bit about his patients well being.

  Efficient staff, good doctors, walk-in generally good but sometimes packed. We have been going there for years.

  I went in because I was dizzy all week. I waited over 1 hour for the doctor to look at me not even 5 minutes and say to “just avoid anything that makes you more dizzy.”

  I’ve been having gastrointestinal issues and stomach acid issues for about a year now. I asked the doctor for help regarding my issues and he just told me to double up on taking Zantac 150, and that was it. No offer for tests or anything to try to see if there’s something wrong with my health.

  When I was finally able to see my doctor it turns out I had very low iron levels.

  I've been going to the west clinic for a while now and it's awful. The receptionists are super rude. They told me false information which really affected my health. They told me I wasn't a patient there when i've been multiple times and the doctor even told them I was his patient and they wouldn't book me an appointment. The walk in is the worst i've ever been too, I got there at 5 (when it starts) and didn't get in until around 8, as a working student i do not have time to sit for 3 hours waiting to get a refill at walk in because they will not give me an appointment. It's very busy here and they do not accommodate for that. Doctor Gibb is a great doctor, it's just a horrible clinic. I'm switching clinics, I had a horrible experience here. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
