    Clean building, friendly staff, helpful optometrist, good selection, glasses prepared quickly (one lense was out of stock and glasses were still finished in 3 days).

    Extremely friendly staff. Super clean office with very nice glasses. On top of that Dr Oliver is very knowledgeable and always upbeat.

    If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. This is the third year that I have done business with this company here in Lethbridge and the only reason why I have come back is because of the lady that I deal with (which is good) and the prices, but the turn around time really really suck!. They should actually call it "DIYdoctors". For the last 2 years I have waited almost 2 months for them to provide me glasses after my order date. Promises and promises, still wait forever for my glasses. Horrible lab they deal with. Why do they continue to deal with the lab that they deal with when it constantly leaves customers (me) really pissed with the delay when I need my glasses. This is probably my last year with them. If you want your glasses fairly quick... stay away from this company location.
