  I just went to the Campbell clinic to get my shot history. I walked in and the front girl told just says "There is no walk in clinic today" She didn't say hello or anything she just assumed. I told her what I wanted and she said none of the nurses could help me and told me to call in the next morning and they would give me my information over the phone. It's concerning they will provide information to people over the phone without any ID. Anyways they were just not helpful, rude and were not there to actually help me instead they mode it a frustrating experience.

  Less than zero stars. Dr.Kennedy's arrogance is beyond dangerous. He spent two months convincing me to admit myself to the hospital for neurological issues. I sat in the hospital for 5 days without a visit from him and made many attempts to contact him. he then proceeded to forget the reason that he admitted me, My nurse told me that i was not being monitored and Dr kennedy had done this to multiple patients in the previous two years alone. she told me i needed to do something to help myself considering i could not discharge myself without Dr. Kennedy cutting me off of my medication. So i called my dad who is friends with the VP of the lethbridge hospital. She came to talk to my nurse and also told me I was being treated unfairly. When Dr.Kennedy became aware my father had talked to the hospital he proceed to yell at me in front of the entire unit. told me i was entitled. he then fabricated a story about how i was there for pain management. I was then discharged without any help that i went there for. If dr. John Kennedy is ever your doctor do yourself a favor and run. Don't stop. He is the most arrogant unprofessional Dr i have ever encountered.

  Great family doctors, but there is one receptionist who is totally rude. Someone with attitude like this should NOT be a receptionist in my opinion.

  It has been 9 years since my previous check up and this place always reminds me why i dislike going to a doctors office. they make it feel like they don't care about the clients, personally i would like to miss as little work as possible but they don't seem to like to work around schedules.

  I had to do for a follow up with my results and was told my appointment is at 1, asked for something later and was told 1 a week later.... so i specified later time of day. but good news i got it!.... a month later, couldn't someone just say you have high cholesterol and maybe i shouldn't eat so much bacon? anyways i rated it one because google doesn't believe in out right fails. only go here if you need a prostate exam, that way the least traumatic part will be the exam its self.

  My doctor here is always able to get me in way sooner than I expect. Great service. Very timely.
