  I have been going to Fit Body for just over 3 months now. I went for my 3 free trials and then commited. The coaches are fantastic and have motivated to set and reach new goals! The positive atmosphere keeps me going and coming back! In addition to the workouts, the meal planning and diet support is top notch. I joined the 8 week challenge and am impressed with my results! It is a 40 minute a day commitment made easy by the wonderful owners and staff at the Lethbridge location!

  I love Lethbridge Fit Body Boot Camp. From the first time I stepped in the door for the girls night out challenge I felt like I was part of their family. The coaches are awesome. The work outs are great. Total body work out in 35 minutes start to finish. If you need to modify or have an injury they are more than happy to help you figure out how to get a complete work out in without hurting yourself more.When doing the challenges they provide you with helpful nutrition information including recipes and menus.

  I was talked into joining a 6 week challenge by my lovely daughter. I am now just finishing up my 3rd challenge and do not want this new positive gym experience to end. So I just joined and am a proud new member here at Lethbridge Fit Body. I never thought these words would come out of my mouth but I really enjoy going to the gym and always feel great after. Great atmosphere and great coaches. Thank you girls, your awesome!

  Fit Body is an excellent place to be! The workouts are hard but the coaches are very supportive and keep you motivated to push yourself to your limit. I never knew I was capable of this level of physical exertion and now I strive to push myself harder! My fitness and confidence have improved significantly over the last 6 months and I feel great. I look forward to each class and I would recommend this place to any and everyone!

  I started at FBBC almost 6 months ago - my initial start was on a 30 day challenge. Although I had been working out on my own at home I was looking for a change in my routine, I started the 30 day challenge and figured that I would go back to my regular routine afterward. I loved Fit Body so much and saw such an increase in my stamina, my lean muscle mass and my overall strength that I decided to join for a year. The program and resources are amazing, the coaches are supportive and motivating and the sense of belonging to the Fit Body family is reason enough to come back. In 6 months I am stronger, I have more energy and am down those last 10 lbs that I couldn’t seem to lose since having my last baby, plus I’ve made new friendships I wouldn’t have made otherwise. I can’t wait to see where I’m at in another 6 months!!
