  Worst sales team I have ever encountered. Sale on mattresses in the flyer yielded all these great deals. Then I drove their and found one matters on sale. And it sucked. Then followed by sales person when I went to ask a question at service counter. Like I owed the sales lady something. I asked about leather care products and was told they do not sell them. When I purchase them at other leons all the time, when I mentioned this to one of the sales associates she made fun of me like I over use the product. It's like they don't want to sell. I felt they looked down on me for no reason. One fella actually tried to help.

  My mom furnished her house with leons furniture, spending over 10 grand. They gaurunteed it would be there in the first week of September. Half of it did show up then. The other half showed up today, Nov 1. Almost three months later. Not only that, but my mom is still missing her coffee table. She called costumer service today asking them about it. They said that she wasn't charged for it although she ordered it in august. So now they say she has to pay leons again full price for the coffee table she was suppose to get three months ago. My mom asked if they could give her a discount for all the inconvenience leons has given her and customer service replied that they couldn't help her. Nice to know you care about your customers, leons!
