  Be very careful when shopping at this store - they used a "bait and switch" tactic when I was shopping for a new bed frame. They displayed one price, and when we went to purchase, the price was doubled, they told us they had the wrong price displayed. When we went back a few days later, they still had the wrong price displayed. They also charged our credit card twice. We ended up getting a refund and buying nothing from this establishment.

  After looking around we decided to check out Ashley Furniture, we had assumed it might be a bit more costly than others. Allan was incredibly helpful and friendly helping us find our new sofa. He showed us a variety of options in our price range and was not at all pushy. Gave us great information about price matching, the quality of the furniture and Ashley's extended warranty and custom delivery. We had a great shopping experience, found a great price on our sofa and can't wait for it to be delivered next week. Thanks Allan!

  We brought two beds, two nightstands, and sofa there one month ago. The quality and price are wonderful. The cunstomer service is also excellent. Ashley is a good choice to get everything for new home.

  Alex helped us look for what we were looking for and was super friendly but not high pressure (my pet peeve!) loved the selection and the store was clean and well organized! Love this Ashley store and ask for Alex!

  Not real wood. They certainly charge as if it is real wood. Drawer bottoms coming out. Hinges falling off. Bed posts falling off. Quality?? Rigggght. Price. A mortgage payment would suffice I guess.

  Nothing but problems with this store. Wrong item ordered, wrong price. Damaged. You get the picture .You would think something so simple cannot be messed up. Not this store. A few simple orders and they messed up every single one. To boot they are aggressive with emails. You ask to be unsubscribed and here we are 7 years later asking to be unsubscribed. The price for some of this furniture is ridiculous. It’s particle board people
