  Very poor experience: Ted at Southern Monument agreed to add my mother's information to the foot stone which they had engraved with my father's information 9 years ago, but they never did it. I emailed a week prior to the agreed date to check that the engraving had been done and the stone back in place. I received a reply which I interpreted as confirmation. I live two hours away from Lethbridge and when I got there, nothing had been done to the stone. We could not have our interment ceremony for my mother's ashes. I contacted them again, and there was no explanation...it simply had not been done. Ted, the owner, agreed to proceed and to send a photo of the engraving when completed. I never heard from Ted. I called 10 days later, and was told that the engraving had been completed and the stone put back in place. No notification until I asked. I have no idea if the information on the stone is correct. A terrible way to do business.
