  I've had varying experiences here, sometines the staff is helpful and knowledgeable and other times they are almost rude and stubborn. I guess it depends on the day... i would like to say its a good place to buy electronics but i just can't. Specifically in car audio, i have been in multiple times to buy parts for my stereo setup and always end up upset with the outcome, usually after over an hour there's "nothing". In car audio they seem to only want to help you if your looking to buy an entire system worth a lot of $$$.

  The multimedia deck was having a loud distortion sound, cycling with the rpms and gears of the truck. Original install was with Visions Calgary so I thought I’d bring it to Lethbridge Visions and have them look at it. $50 to have a look, which is fair. They told me the deck was at fault and needs to be replaced...at $2000 for the deck that was bad news. The problem is I felt like he was wrong so I questioned him on it, he stuck to his guns. It didn’t sit right with me so I went for a second opinion, Elite audio had one look and were amazed at the horrible wiring from initial install. It took them one hour to rewire it and it’s completely cured. Sounds better than ever.

  Had a remote start installed for one of my customers and couldn't ask for better service. After it was installed my customer had questions and I got answers for them right away!! Thanks so much!

  Received a defective laptop as an xmas gift. Refused to refund. Was not mentioned at time of sale that Visions will not return laptops. Could not replace with same product. Had the audacity to suggest spending another 800 dollars for a product with the same specs. I had shopped at visions for over 15 years. Never again will I buy a product from this business. They do not stand by their customers.

  Ken was excellent to deal with! He helped me find a brand new, 55" TV for an amazing price, and gave me the best customer service I could ask for.
