  Old guy working there tried to tell me they couldn't return a echo dot because the box was opened but offered to exchange it. I took the exchange but decided to check their return policy for such items before I left the mall. Turns out the guy was lying to me and when confronted about it, he claimed he thought I just wanted a new one when his exact words were that the manufacturer wouldn't let them return open products. I assume he was a manager or wannabe manager with the way he was talking to the other girl working the till with him. Will never return as I don't enjoy dealing with con artists.

  It's pretty good here although my bf and a lady sales rep had a disagreement and the customer was wrong according to her. Just because you work in such a store doesn't mean you know all and everything there is to know about what technology is available. Keep an open mind and maybe do some research.

  Bad service. Had to call at least 3 times before someone coming. He was not even polite. Not recommended.

  Very bad service if i can i will give 0 star , just bought the tablet yeterday but can not return they said the box is open lol wth , i open font of them to test the tablet turn on that s it never use or set up yet , i will never buy anything in this store again to bad
