  I've never bothered writing a review online before but it was a must for this shop. These guys go above and beyond for their customers. The staff are all very friendly and very knowledgeable. Long story short, I needed some help finding a replacement cartridge for an old turntable and had been struggling online trying to figure it. Not only did the staff know exactly what cartridge I needed but they also painstakingly modified the old headshell on their own time to get the exact fit. When I picked it up they smiled and didn't even charge me for all of the extra work they put in. These guys also know a lot about repairing and replacing vintage electronics for all you audiophiles. GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS!! You won't be disappointed.

  After a long and difficult search for a specific product, I phoned Smith's. They answered on the first ring, were polite and did the best they could to help me out. Even though they did not have what I was looking for they were very helpful and in the end I found what I needed based on their advice. Outstanding service. Smith's just gained a new future customer
