  Today I had one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. The manager and staff who were working in the computer section took a bad situation and made it awesome. Will definitely recommend based on this experience alone (I have had previous good experiences, but this one was exceptional)

  Last 4 times I've come here I've left empty handed. They never have anything in stock. They are quick to advertise sales on the website. But everything is always out of stock in store, out of stock in all nearby stores, and sold out online. How much longer until Best buy follows future shop? I'm convinced this brick and mortar store will only exist for as long as grandparents continue to buy physical copies of DVDs for their grand children.

  Very rarely does this particular best buy answer its phones! So i usually call visions for what i need. Its a shame futureshop joined this joke crew.

  Was told by guy who answered that he was 90% sure they had the product i was looking 4. But advised i talk to a Dept specialist. Sat on hold for 45 min. So i drove in. Been sitting for 30min watching a geek try and teach a customer how to use her computer. Then get sent to an9ther dept to find out no they dont carry. Have to go to telus store. Waist of my time.
