  Wow if I could give this place a 10 star I would. First I will start with the selection which was nothing short of AMAZING!! I was a bride with a very limited budget and was able to get a full out designer dress something I never in a million years could have even dreamed of within my price range including my vale, guarder, 2 matching hair pieces and a beautiful crown and purple fabric to add accents. Next the customer service... all I have to say is WOW I am absolutely BLOWN AWAY!! Angeline McDonald was soooo helpful. I had come from several other stores which were WAY over priced compared to this place and didn't have nearly the same selection. Honestly if you buy your dress from anywhere else its kind of stupid, no where in Lethbridge can even compare to the pricing they offer or the heartfelt customer service. You can actually start your life not in debt and still get your dream dress. The owner is honestly the sweetest person I have ever met. She took me in immediately without any hassle even though I didn't have an appointment. Her and her wonderful team helped me in and out of probably 15 or more gowns. When I found the perfect one I immediately knew because it made me cry it was so beautiful. This isn't all though, to make the dream dress even more beautiful she provided different color fabric to lace up the back so I could match the groom. This was my first time ever coming into this store and I will never shop any where else from here on out. I can't even put into words the care that store has to ensure you are without a doubt in the dress your meant to be in. Your happiness is their only concern. They work with you in every way possible. The day I went in I had no intention to purchase that day but I couldn't say no. I wanted to buy from there and there only after the way I was treated, they made me feel so special. I 100% recommend this place and if you have any questions about it you can feel free to contact me direct about it. Ohh one more thing not only do they make your special day perfect they actually dress brides on the special day in Lethbridge AND they do a lot of charity work. They are nothing short of amazing here and I am still seriously blown away. I will say this again you are crazy if you shop anywhere else, they have been doing this for over 18 years. If you don't believe me, try shopping around first and then go there you will see immediately what I am talking about, no where can beat their prices or their special care. ahh I just love them!!!! :) THANKS AGAIN BELLS AND BOWS!!! I LOVE MY DRESS!!!!!!!

  I love the gowns and stunning selection at Bells & Bows! Staff are friendly, warm and treat you like family. They respect budgets and sizes when finding the perfect dress. I won Miss Teenage Alberta 2017 wearing a stunning dress from Bells & Bows and placed 3rd Runner Up at Miss Teenage Canada 2017 in one of their beautiful gowns as well. There are dresses for all occasions, from weddings, grad, prom, pageants, bridesmaids, photoshoots, even different events I attend I find cute little dresses there as well!!!

  8 years ago, I went to bells and bows to find a grad dress and had an awful experience. 8 years later I was looking for a wedding dress and decided to give them another chance and got EXACTLY the same treatment. My group wasn't greeted with a basic hello or introduction of names. The quality of the dresses were poor for the prices they were offered at. You aren’t allowed to take pictures (which I did sign to and agree to - but was willing to see if I could find my dress without taking pictures) however, be aware this is their policy before going! The staff were disrespectful, bullying each other which was uncomfortable for us. The staff were very pushy with getting dresses on and off and dragged me off the podium back to the change room when I had a slight question or hesitation about a dress. I agree that they ‘respond to criticism by advertising themselves more’. Terrible policies and terrible customer service. Do not go here for your first, or any gown experience.

  Without Bells and Bows I would not have had the chance to shine on stage the same way! If you are looking for the perfect wedding gown, prom dress, or pageant piece please make the trip to Lethbridge and you will not be disappointed!

  She lectured me for 15 minutes on things that Calgary does so she does too. I’m from Calgary and had been to 8 bridal stores in Calgary that week and not a single one of them charged me $25 for my daughter to try on dresses, and every store in Calgary let me take pictures. (Yes, even Bridal Centre in their “$800 + room”)

  I have been purchasing my gowns from Bells and Bows Bridal Centre in Alberta for the last four years! There is no better place that I know of that offers the selection and services that they do!
