  I came in to try this car wash and was told that if I buy a one month membership that I will get a second one free. So I did. And then I was billed for a second month. So I went in to complain, and was told that I would be refunded the extra month. But now my membership is cancelled. And I'm now being told, it was actually buy one single car wash, get a month free. But they charged me for a membership, not a single wash the first time around. Super pissed, feel like i was mislead or lied to. I'll never go back and I'll make sure to tell everyone about their misleading advertising. The worst part, is that it never did get all the bugs from the front of my car. Even after a month, and there was always soap residue left on the car. I can do better for cheaper at a coin wash. And there I get what I am promised.

  Love this carwash. Cars come out very clean and the vacuums would suck up your pet if you let them. Super powerful. And very fast even when busy.

  I had a passenger with me, they also heard buy a month, get one free. And thought about getting her own membership at that point. After this story, she's glad that she didn't. And won't be in the future. The confusion wasn't on my part, it was your staff. I was either lied to, or misled. that is the plain fact of the matter.

  More expensive than most places, but you honestly get a better wash and vacuuming is free. If I lived in Lethbridge, I'd be tempted to get the subscription. Only a couple small complaints. First, I have a lower car and it's almost impossible to pay without getting out of my car. Second, last time I went through, neither attendants noticed my antenna was up, so it got pretty bent going through the wash. Yes, that's my fault for not remembering, but I thought half the reason they're there is to catch stuff like that.

  If the promotion was to buy a single wash, and get a month free. Why then was I charged the higher price of the one month membership, and not the single wash? Do you mean to tell me that you offered me a free one month car wash, with the purchase of a single wash, and then charged me for the one month membership? Because that's what I paid, and I still have the receipt to show it.

  This place is just fantastic... took my truck there and they took the time to wash off my running boards and inside my wheel wells from a little mud. Very impressed! And free vacuums? Yes thanks.

  Good customer service, friendly helpful staff, and awesome wash plans. However yet, the wash commonly would scrape my wheels and leave abbrashions on the wheel service. Careful if you have large rims!

  There was no confusion. I drove up, told the person that I wanted to buy the ultimate membership package. I was told that I am in luck, as it's buy a one month, and get one month free. I was then charged for one month of the ultimate package.
