  I have never recieved such a terrible experience in a mechanical shop. I needed my 2006 car to be inspected. They did not pass it because of a "severe leak" to the power steering. They wanted $1100 to replace the entire unit. I have never seen any spill on my drive way. I got a second inspection at another shop and it passed with flying colours. They also broke a part on my vehicle and charged me for it. It will be worth your while to look for a different shop in Lethbridge.

  I originally chose Tolley a couple of years ago because they had the best deal in town on Michelin winter tires. I specifically wanted that brand as they are all rubber and not composite. Since then I have gone for my regular maintenance and they are always friendly, efficient and reasonable in their pricing. They give me AMA credits and service my 2 grown children's cars as well. Chris gets bonus points for walking to the glass place up the street to re-attach my rearview mirror at no extra charge on my last service. My experience has been exponentially better than the past 20 years at the Toyota dealer, Murray Chev or Davis Automotive so I am sticking with Tolley from now on.

  Chris and the girls are fantastic!!! they helped me find just the rims for my truck and cost was great. They swapped over the tires and balanced for a great price also. Plus they went the extra mile when I had my lug nuts powder coated to do everything by hand no impact wrenches to wreck the finish I give them a five Star but should be TEN!!!!. Thanks again for the great work customer service.
