  They called me to say the work was done in around the same amount of time other shops call to say they've figured out the problem and were about to start working on it. I had my truck back at 11:30 am.

  We recently had Shawn and his team put a lot of work/maintenance into our 2001 Chevy Silverado and I can't speak more highly of them. They are friendly, accommodating with a shuttle to and from work, and very knowledgeable when it came to the repairs. The services were completed quickly and transparently, and the prices are also more than reasonable in our opinion.

  The owner of Big Al's is an honest man. The shop is small and they don't have a big overhead so they are able to offer repair rates at a better price than most places. They got the job done quickly and for less money than they quoted me. They we respectful and I highly recommend them.
