  Employees were super welcoming as if I was a regular which was comforting, no issues with home pickup, and were very accommodating to any issues that arose. The parking lot though is quite crowded for the amount of business through there. Room to definitely expand.

  Staff was very helpful. I had only one issue with this business and that is their choice not to use winter tires. I did not feel safe with my family in the van we rented on winter roads.

  Enterprise were always my go-to rental company until recently in Lethbridge. I booked a car from the night before and my buddy dropped me off at their location and asked me "should I wait for you until you get the car?" I was like "No dude it's a done deal you can go!". Little I knew how hard-asses they were because my credit card was not Canadian! I offered a larger deposit, cash deposit, larger hold amounts, everything! The manager their was like "yeah we can't accept that". They didn't rent me a car but they were somewhat decent of taking me to National where I rented hassle free!

  When I arrived at Enterprise, I saw my reserved vehicle pull out of the parking lot and felt a big disappointment brewing. It was going to look like a "Seinfeld" episode. But after letting Emmanuel know that we had a long 14 hr drive, he provided options and gave us an upgrade. We had a GREAT trip because of this! The vehicle had lots of room and handled well in the mountain rain, snow and the city drive. THANK YOU for being ATTENTIVE, Emmanuel Makoni! (ATTENTIVE = GREAT SERVICE!) GREAT JOB!
