  I have NEVER been ROBBED before by a rental company. BEWARE! I have rented from other places in town and had great experiences. These guys are crooks.

  Thank you so much Lethbridge Discount and Sharon for the amazing customer service and compassion you gave us when we were stranded in Red Deer. Sharon arranged for my movers to be picked up from the mechanic, arranged for them to get a pick up to drive to Edmonton, in order to get another moving truck that was reserved for us to continue to our move in Slave Lake. Amazing service!!!!

  I had a rental here for a few weeks in January. The rental was covered by two insurance claims. I denied their own "protection plan" because I wasn't paying for something I thought was a scam in the first place. A month after returning the vehicle I get a bill for $110 for the protection plan and $60 rental fee because I apparently returned it "late". How could I return it late when it's paid by two insurance claims? So I went in with the bill and was assured it would be "taken care of" and that I didn't sign for the Protection Plan.

  Heather and Sharon are fantastic! They were SO helpful and friendly in assessing our needs, got us into a vehicle faster than we've ever experienced with a rental agency and was priced better than anyone else as well! Will 100% use again, really enjoyed working with them.

  I've had a particularly unlucky year with my car & have been in need of a rental twice in the span of about 6 months...not only did the great people at Discount treat me amazing the first time earlier this year, but they also genuinely remembered me the second go around and hooked me up twice as good! Obviously it's not always under the most pleasant circumstances you need a rental vehicle, but they were so cheery & helpful, not to mention super efficient, it really brightened my day.

  Several months go by I think it was all settled. WRONG!! Four months after the bill I get a charge on my credit card for the $110! Yes, they manually charged my card! After consulting with my CC company they tell me to go in and talk with them. I do and I get refunded around $47 for the Protection plan and the lady says she will straighten out the $60 for the rental. Weeks go by and nothing. I call my insurance company and they say they've talked to Discount and I will get the refund. Now over 8 months removed they have charged my card again manually except for $115!!! Even more than the original amount they fraudulently took!!! I have now cancelled my credit card and am calling the police to resolve this.
