  Update - Don't go here for a vehicle. Al is no longer working at Volkswagen, and when they lost him, they lost whatever honesty was left in that place. Not even sure if they actually did an inspection of the car before i bought it, because there were several undisclosed problems that i had to have a private mechanic take care of. Thank goodness i shelled out the money for an extended warranty.

  Lethbridge Volkswagen is the place to buy a new or used car, I’ve purchased two vehicles there now and they are outstanding. Matt my salesperson and Stefan we’re both incredible for me, delivering the best kind of service. Matt even drove my old whip home for me and Stefan stayed late so I could drive away in my new ride the same day I purchased it. Thank You Gents.

  I’m from Calgary and was referred to this dealership and they did not disappoint. Service was great start to finish, Matt did a great job finding me a vehicle quickly and in my price rangCustomer service from both Mattand Stefan was fantastic and they are even driving the vehicle to Calgary to drop it off for me. Highly recommend this dealership.

  2016 - Was in need of a newer, reliable vehicle. Al informed me of several options they had on the lot as trade-ins, but didn't do the "hard-sell" tactic so I didn't feel pressured, which I really appreciated. He and Ian were very patient with me as I took a couple of test drives and a few days to make a decision! In the end, I purchased a Mazda 3, with a new set of summer tires :) Justin in the finance department made the payment process easy.
