  I'm waiting to hear back on the financing but Jan Debeer was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was very up front with a calm demeanor and got me everything I asked for and more. It really felt like he was working for me instead of trying to swindle my wallet.

  Tim was also excellent. He was very straight forward during negotiations and has a great sense of humor. He even saved me a few hundred extra dollars when he wrote the deal.

  After a very bad experience at north side lethbridge dodge we ended up changing vehicle brands altogether. North side dodge left my family stranded without a vehicle on 3 separate occasions on a brand new vehicle that should never been on the lot. The f x4 f 150 we have now has been without a doubt the best vehicle we have ever owned. No problems. Any warranty issues and recalls were promptly addressed. Not like north side dodge where safety recalls were never looked after until we called in and asked why? They gave me some really horrible responses worthy of being flagged as one of southern alberta worst dealerships. College ford has made our worst experience from north side dodge become a good one. I have owned a few vehicle brands.I said I would never own a ford in my lifetime but I stand corrected and will not look back.

  An excellent experience all round! To begin... we took our 2011 F350 Lariat in for service... and left with a 2017 F450 Lariat! When our "check engine" light came on, we knew that we wanted to return to College Ford for service because we trusted them after having work done there last year when we were in the area. Buying a new truck was not something we planned on doing but something that was meant to be! Our Sales Person, Riley, was tremendously patient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. What he didn't know, he made sure to find out. Soon we had lessons from Tim and even Kim. There was never any pressure; simply answers to our very specific questions. Throughout the process, Riley could not have been better. He is an asset to the College Ford organization. When it came time to finalize the purchase, Cindee too was really helpful; making sure that the details were attended to as we needed to return to BC to register the vehicle. A great experience!

  My son is in town and needed to get service so he took his Escape in for service at your dealership. Waited almost 3 hours for service to be done. When his escape was finished he got no paper work saying what had been done. He was advised he would get it via email and this was 3 days ago and still nothing. I myself have been in the industry for 10 years and know he should have gotten some kinda of paper work for record. We have recently moved to Lethbridge and I am alittle hesitant taking my fusion here for service!! Not very good customer service.
