  I have been going to this place for 10 years now and have never had an issue. Very quick, efficient and accommodating. You are not paying for the atmosphere and a place to be pampered, you get it done and out.

  If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Experience was horrendous! Horrible service, anxiety ridden, and loud. Not a relaxing environment at all! Used the wrong color and didn't change color even when told it was the wrong color. Yelling across the room at each other in front of clients. Focused on the tv instead of doing nails. JUST DON'T GO THERE! The stress alone.

  They all talk to each other in their own language throughout your whole appointment and don't speak to you or smile at all. They say "go here, go there", which is very rude. Their sign at the front says $35 for a full set, the girl I started with said $25/set for tips. Then they somehow talked me into getting a design done because I couldn't understand what they were saying. And then they charged me $42 at the end. $7 for two little snowflakes. And they didn't even tell me it was extra. I also broke one before I got home. Very unhappy with this place.

  Picked this place because prices seamed to be affordable. I don't think that one should have to sacrifice friendly service, proper hygiene and sanitation (especially at a nail salon) and a good job done on nails for an "affordable price". Bad customer service, they make you feel super rushed, and just talk amost eachother in their own language. The only interaction with the client is to give directions on where to go next and to try and upsell on extra designs without properly informing you. Nails turned out crooked and I didn't see any proper sanitation being done to any of the tools. Can't say that I'd wanna go back.

  I have been going here for many years to have my nails done decided today to get a pedi for once I was in town by myself with no kids and it turned out to be a horrible experience cold water and when I said it was cold she just left it she also took a chunk out of my heel with the razor they use to remove the dead skin said oh sorry and laughed about it :( I will not be going back for any kind of service there and wouldn't recommend anyone else to either. I just paid $30 to have my feet in cold water and to have my heel cut open :(
