  Normally great service & great food! Must have came in on an off day. Really poor service from Kierra, not pleasant, very slow, both our meals came out cold. Didn't check back in with us after our food was brought out. Had to ask another server for our bill. When taking payment, we said the food was cold, there was no attempt to apologize or make it right. Really disappointed. Normally love this restaurant.

  Terrible. Ordered drinks, my wife's drink came with brown mint and mine came with a brown lime. My wife ordered a salad and French onion soup. The salad had rotten greens and the soup was Lukewarm with unmelted grated cheese. My hamburger was ok but it looked like something that they ran down to A&W for, and my jalapeno cheese mashed potatoes was brownish and a lot like wallpaper paste. My wife noticed a cook come out and had the bartender pour him a beer.... Maybe the cooks should be paying more attention to the food instead of drinking beer. The restaurant only 25% full at 6 pm on Friday suggests this is not an isolated incident. Maybe time for a management change.

  Excellent service, and great food for the second time straight. Our visit tonight was great because our server was absolutely on point the whole time start to finish. We will do our best to sit in Taylor’s section moving forward if it’s an option! It’s also worth noting the hostess was extremely friendly both on the way in and out!

  We really like this restaurant. Good variety of food and beer in the bar and the restaurant can be very cozy. On the south end of the city near a lot of our big box stores so after shopping a good place to kick back.

  My friend and I were in on Sunday and I was looking forward to a nice meal and it was not that unfortunately. This was my first visit and my last.The service was ok but the steak sandwich I ordered was such a disappointment.The steak was overcooked and had to be dipped in HP sauce to eat it,the ceaser salad was so overdressed I was only able to eat what was at the top of the bowl and the sweet potato fries had so much salt on them that I only ate a few of them.I did not send my plate back to the kitchen like I should have.Most of my food was not able to be eaten.I did let the server know the problems and all I was told was they would let them know in the kitchen nothing was done.There was nothing taken off of our bill which was $60.00.I don't go out to eat very often and to spend this amount of money and not be able to eat the food you ordered is very disappointing and what I had hoped to be an enjoyable dinner was an expensive bad choice.
