  The last two times we ordered from the West location has been over an 1.5 hour wait when the person said 30-45. So we waited double time for our meals. The first time, not only were they late, they messed on our order 4 times and even came back for things missed and still didn’t get it right after the second visit. We called and complained which we never do and they gave us a $20 voucher which we used on this last order and waited over 1.5 hours. Called again and complained and fortunately they covered our bill. My husband had to go to work and wasn’t even able to eat what he ordered and had to give our 2 year old kid a snack before it arrived. So if you’re willing to wait double time on a Monday don’t order for delivery at West Boston Pizza.

  Good specials. Love their cactus cut chips. Wait staff are nice, though almost all female. Could use more diversity.

  Ugh, only people here and we gotta wait 50 minutes for food. Two pizzas take 50 minutes. I'm sick of giving BPs second, third and fourth chances. No more.

  First time we had dinner here everything was good. This last time was a joke. Food was good but the staff was some thing to be desired. We went at 430 and it wasn’t busy. Maybe 3 tables. Waitress started strong and by the end we waited over 30 minutes from the time we finished eating for our bill and a box for our pizza. We sat down at 430 and didn’t leave till 6pm. The manager wasn’t much help either and didn’t even ask us if there was a problem when I was standing next to her with my pizza on a plate.( at the front door) no one was looking out for each other. The front staff definitely need better training.

  It's expensive, waiters are depressing and food is cheap. Order was completely screwed up and late! Then the waitress acts like it's our fault.

  Always enjoy Boston Pizza, lounge service was slow for not being an overly packed evening. Overall we enjoy the resturant. This one could have had better staff service
